A.: Orders may be processed directly through us by phone or through our secured on-line store. We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal checks.
Q.: What is Your Policy Regarding Shipping?
A.: We ship both domestic and internationally. Prices and shipping agents will vary upon location of the receiver. We typically use UPS. However, FedEx, USPS and DHL are also available. Freight or delivery can be arranged on bulky or overweight items. All items are insured.
Q.: What is Your Return Policy?
A.: We accept returns if the item is returned in the same condition as shipped within five days of receipt (less original shipping costs).
Q.: Do You Charge Sales Tax?
A.: PA residents are subject to 6% sales tax on all items sold.
Q.: Are All of Your Artifacts Guaranteed?
A.: We make every attempt to acquire the highest quality original artifacts. We guarantee the authenticity of the items we sell.
Q.: Do You Sell at Civil War Shows?
A.: We attend over twenty Civil War and Antique Arms Shows every year. Please see the Calendar section of our website to view our upcoming events.
Q.: Do You Buy Civil War Artifacts?
A.: We are constantly looking for quality artifacts for our gallery. We will purchase individual items or large collections. If you should have something for sale, or know someone who does, please let us know. We have proudly earned a reputation for offering a fair and honest value.
Q.:Can I Contact You to Appraise My Artifacts?
A.: We are members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America, as well as members of the Pennsylvania Antique Appraisers Association. We are available to appraise single items or entire collection. Please call or e-mail as the cost of these services vary on the scope and measures taken to appraise the item(s).
Q.: Can I Request Specific Artifacts That Aren't on Your Website?
A.: We are pleased to keep your current “want lists” on hand. Please be sure to list information as specific as possible so that it may assist you in your search.
Q: Do You Have a Layaway Policy?
A: We do offer a layaway policy. The terms for most items are a 20% deposit with the balance paid before 90 days. We are willing to extend those terms on higher dollar items, please call for details.
Q: Can I Get More Information or Additional Photos of an Item?
A: We would be happy to provide additional information or photos on an item. Please let us know the item number and the category and allow some time for a response.
